Atomically publish and schedule an immutable transformer version. Validates the documented inputs and creates or triggers the canonical outcome. Required inputs: transformerId, versionNumber, Origin, X-CSRF-Token, Idempotency-Key, request body. HTTP success: 200, 201; documented failures: 401, 403, 404, 405, 409, 415, 422, 500, 503. Reuse the request key only for an exact replay; changed canonical content conflicts.Publică și programează atomic o versiune imuabilă a transformatorului.
