Authorize, verify, audit, and download one retained execution artifact. Validates the documented inputs and creates or triggers the canonical outcome. Required inputs: executionId, artifactId, Origin, X-CSRF-Token, request body. HTTP success: 200; documented failures: 401, 403, 404, 405, 415, 422, 500, 503. Authorize the exact artifact identity and verify the returned bytes and hash.Autorizează, verifică, auditează și descarcă un artefact păstrat. Validează intrările documentate și creează sau declanșează rezultatul canonic. Intrări obligatorii: executionId, artifactId, Origin, X-CSRF-Token, request body.
